Alex Webb (1952) is an American Street photographer who uses strong colour, light, and emotion to capture beautifully complex images. "Depth is the strong element in the work of Alex Webb - strong foreground, mid-ground, and background. It leads you (the viewer) to invite yourself into the frame. You see what he sees. You enter the frame by looking at the things closest to you, and then you slowly make your way into the mid-ground, and then slowly out into the background." said Eric Kim, the International street photographer based in Los Angelas. In 2008, he received the Lucca Photo Festival Award, Lucca, Italy.
